Douglas Clark: Troubador, Benjamin Press, Bath
`Troubador' is in two main sections: `Camelot' written in Edinburgh
and `Gallus' written in Bath. The intervening poems were written in
County Durham and in Bath. Twenty five poems have been selected from over
seventeen years. What is striven for is beauty in the words combined
with a gasp of emotion in the meaning.
